What’s going on with fiore?

Posted on | September 25, 2009 | No Comments

Dawn Shanks, who founded fiore and did the lion’s share of the work on the first three issues of the mag, has moved on to even bigger and better things.  As Crisia and Eve try to step into Dawn’s shoes to run the mag, they are constantly aware of what an incredibly beautiful job Dawn did on fiore. Thank you, Dawn!

At the moment, Crisia and Eve are hard at work, trying to get a fall issue of fiore ready to go.  They are also working on this website, trying to find a user-friendly way to display fiore’s content to site visitors.  Please check back frequently as each week brings us that much closer to a fully functional fiore.

Submission deadline: Oct 15

As we continue to work to rebuild fiore’s website, we’re also in the process of accepting submissions for the Fall 2009 issue of fiore.  The deadline for submissions is October 15, 2009.  Please click on the “submissions” link at the top of this page to see more information.  We want YOUR art, poetry and prose in fiore!
